With over 45 years’ experience in the aviation industry, Peter brings exceptional expertise to Air Ops. His extensive flying career spans over 15 aircraft types, from the classic DC-3, to modern corporate jets and larger airliners. In addition to CEO and Senior Person roles, Peter is a qualified Airline Flight Examiner and Training Captain, underscoring his deep operational knowledge and commitment to the highest standards.

Over 25 years, he successfully built and led Vincent Aviation, establishing it as one of New Zealand's most highly regarded airlines. Under his leadership, the airline demonstrated exceptional versatility, safely transporting a diverse clientele including royalty, heads of state and the travelling public. The company also provided regional airline support for Air New Zealand for a number of years, alongside specialised services such as prisoner transport and Airways calibration flying.

During this time the Company established a significant operation in Northern Australia, providing an extensive range of air services under its ANZA AOC approval. These included Regular Passenger Transport, contract “Fly In, Fly Out” capability for the mining and resources sector, contract support for UN forces in Timor Leste including medivac capability, as well as ad hoc charter services for a customer base ranging from freight and courier companies to VIPs and political dignitaries.
